We offer private one on one music lessons with one of our amazing teachers at the studio and online. All of our teachers are mature, educated, experienced music teachers and musicians. Each teacher has their own unique teaching style where lessons are tailored to the needs and goals of each student. Our teachers offer a range of musical styles and techniques are great at working with students of all ages and musical ability.
Sara and Jon Acheson are the owners and founders of the Beamsville Music Studio (2010) and Grimsby Music (2019). They have been playing music together since 2001 in bands and as a duet in and around the Hamilton/ Niagara areas.
Jon has been playing guitar since he was a teenager in the East Coast. He has been teaching guitar and bass among other instruments since 2003 for several different lesson studios and now only teaches at Beamsville/Grimsby Music. He is a graduate of the Applied Music Program at Mohawk College and has an advanced diploma in the study of Jazz Guitar.
Sara has been singing all her life in choirs and with several bands and duet projects. She has been teaching voice and piano since 2004 at several different studios and now teaches at Beamsville/Grimsby Music. She is a graduate of the Applied Music Program at Mohawk College and has an advanced diploma in the study of Jazz Voice.
Registration for music lessons is ongoing all year round and runs on a month-to-month basis. There are no commitments to register for a full semester or year!

We offer a special rate for families that have 3 or more household members enrolled in lessons.
